About This Role
We're seeking an experienced Encompass® administrator to help our clients optimize their workflows. You'll work directly with clients to review, document, and redesign their Encompass platforms for maximum efficiency. Your a great fit if you want to help clients and are excited to directly support them by putting Workflow Before Technology®.
What's the Work Like?
You'll spend your days analyzing client workflows, identifying bottlenecks, conducting training sessions, and implementing solutions. This is a mix of strategic consulting, hands-on technical work, and client engagement management. You will be creating solutions directly for clients in their Production and UAT environments. You are not alone, as you will have the support of your other Client Engagement Leaders, your Client Engagement Support Team, our custom Claude AI and WorkflowCoach™ platforms.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of Encompass experience, strong understanding of mortgage processes, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and a passion for workflow optimization.
